Exploring Croatia Year After Year : With a Timeshare

Author: Lisa Koppen

If you are interested in learning the language, you are probably gearing up for a trip to Croatia. Good choice! Croatia is a beautiful country with miles of coastline, deep blue waters and welcoming communities. If you haven't yet secured your accommodation, you might want to rent timeshare in the region of Croatia you will be visiting.

Timeshares generally tend to be larger and better equipped than hotel rooms of similar pricing because the cost for a timeshare unit is divided among multiple owners, allowing each to pitch in on the amenities and service. When you rent timeshare from a current owner, you will reap the benefits of their savings and will have more of your budget left over for exciting activities like exploring local cultural events, splurging on authentic cuisine and even horse-back riding, hiking or sailing tours around your favorite region of Croatia.

Once you have experienced the beauty and culture of Croatia, you will surely want to return again and again. Perhaps you will be ready to buy timeshare so that you can secure years of accommodation in this excitingly diverse country. As discussed above, timeshares are a convenient and economical alternative to renting a hotel room, but you might be wondering how, exactly, timeshares work.

As a general rule, resorts will sell timeshare in one-week increments, or shares. You can choose to purchase whatever number of shares you feel you will be able to utilize annually or biennially. Other owners will also purchase shares of time at the resort and they will use the unit when you aren't. The cost will then be divided among all of you, thereby reducing the cost by a significant amount to each owner.

Because it is such an opportune way to travel, timeshare sales in Croatia have skyrocketed in recent years. As such the initial timeshare purchase can be somewhat expensive when bought directly from the resort. However, you can save thousands on your vacation property purchase (and avoid any long-winded or aggressive sales pitches) when you buy your Croatia timeshare resale. Resale simply means that you are buying from a previous owner, or third party timeshare reseller, rather than directly from the resort. Whatever method you choose, a timeshare can help you explore Croatia every year.
